Ozkar Chavira
Ozkar journey in the staffing industry began in 2013 when he took his first role as a customer service representative. Through dedication and hard work, he quickly advanced to the position of office manager, accumulating over a decade of experience. His deep understanding of the industry, along with his hands-on approach, has made him a standout in the field.

What truly sets Ozkar apart is his ability to listen. He takes the time to understand the unique needs of employers and matches them with the right candidates by also considering the skills and passions of job seekers. This personalized approach has helped build long-lasting relationships and a reputation for excellence.

Outside of work, Ozkar is a family man. When he’s not helping businesses grow and thrive, you can find him supporting his kids at after-school activities, games, and tournaments. His wife is his constant pillar of support, and together, they manage the busy and fulfilling life that comes with their family. Ozkar values the importance of community, and you’ll often catch him catching up with friends and family.

Lariza Chavira
Lariza’s career began with her family’s business, Naly's Outdoor Co, where she served as the Operations Manager. In this role, she handled all the essential back-end operations and managed day-to-day administrative tasks. Her expertise in these areas gave her a solid foundation for the next phase of her career.

Lariza later took on a key role in supporting her husband as he launched his own staffing agency. She recognized his potential and with their expertise in business together they created Topeka Staffing.

Outside of her professional life, Lariza is deeply involved in her children’s lives, often attending their sports events and school activities. She is also passionate about staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that helps her juggle both work and family life.
